Australian Building regulations now require that all balconies be adequately fenced to prevent a fall of 1 metre or more. The required glass Balustrading height is minimum 1000mm.

Our company carries imported stock of beautifully fully finished panels of 12mm thick clear toughened glass with polished edges in a very large range of widths from 800mm to 2000mm wide, manufactured to meet the Australian Safety Codes AS1288, AS2208.

Together with your choice of our 316L marine grade spigots, structural aluminium floor channel, or cantilevered off the face of the slab or deck with our 316L marine grade stainless steel standoff hardware, the result is an elegant balcony balustrade with uninterrupted views, which together with our fine 25mm diameter or 25mm x 25mm top rail in 316 stainless steel, will meet Australian Safety standards AS1170.1 and AS1170.2.
